Biloxi, MS – The infant who was shot in a gun battle between his kidnapper father and law enforcement near Biloxi on Monday died early on Tuesday morning at USA Children’s Hospital in Mobile, Alabama (video below).
The incident began at about 11:30 a.m. on May 3 at the home of the baby’s mother, 32-year-old Christin Parker, in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, WAFB reported.
Authorities said the baby’s father, 30-year-old Eric Derell Smith, allegedly shot the Parker and her nephew, 26-year-old Brandon Parker.
Then Smith kidnapped the baby – later identified as four-month-old La’Mello Parker- and fled east, WAFB reported.
Police spotted Smith’s vehicle at about 2:52 pm. near the Louisiana – Mississippi state line.
Dozens of law enforcement officers from multiple agencies and jurisdictions worked together to shut down roadways, slow down the suspect vehicle, WLOX reported.
Officers attempted to deploy stop sticks but Smith drove around them.
Authorities ended the pursuit with a PIT maneuver that brought Smith’s car to a halt in the grass on the median strip, WLOX reported.
The gun battle that ensued between Smith and police was captured on cell phone video and posted to social media.
It showed law enforced officers surrounding a blue car and exchanging a hail of gunfire with the suspect.
Smith was killed by police in the gunfight, WAFB reported.
It’s not yet know whose bullet struck the infant, WLOX reported.

According to Silvester’s best friend, Gannon Ward, the city did not find the officer’s video as funny as millions of us did and have suspended him for a week. While he is currently still employed, angry leftists are definitely trying to change that.

The NYPD will part ways with “Digidog,” the robotic police dog that became the subject of a City Council subpoena after images of it went viral.
The department told The Post on Wednesday that it ended a contract with Boston Dynamics to lease the four-legged robo-cop.
“The contract has been terminated and the dog will be returned,” a spokesperson said.
The sudden termination comes after a clip of the machine patrolling a Manhattan housing project went viral, sparking backlash and drawing comparisons to the dystopic TV series “Black Mirror.”
Mayor Bill de Blasio then urged the NYPD to “rethink” its use of the robot. Eventually, City Council leaders agreed and decided to subpoena the NYPD to find out its cost.
Police officials told The New York Times that the department had ended its $94,000 contract with the robot dog’s maker on April 22 in response to the inquiries from Council Speaker Corey Johnson and Councilman Ben Kallos.
The lease on the dog, which had been scheduled to end in August, was cut short after the pup became a “target,” said John Miller, the NYPD’s deputy commissioner for intelligence and counterterrorism.
He said people were improperly using the dog to fuel arguments about race and surveillance, according to the Times.
“People had figured out the catchphrases and the language to somehow make this evil,” Miller said.

We’re going on about 330 days on this 15 days to slow the spread. But hopefully if you’re reading these words, you aren’t succumbing to these orders and the lockdowns. Is Q Real?

Ever since Biden was inaugurated on January 20, the division with the Patriots has seemed to increase as well. One side says, “Q isn’t real! You were waiting for a plan that never happened. Now we’re all screwed!” The other side says, “This IS part of the plan! Trump isn’t finished yet!” And various other opinions in between those two. So here’s my take on it. First, I’m kind of late to the party. I did not start paying attention to Q posts until around March 2020, when the shutdowns started. I began reading the Q posts. Then I found some people on Twitter talking about it, so I listened to what they were saying. As I began to see more and more information, I continued to research further. I watched several videos and read dozens of different articles. I then began seeing some really interesting “Q proofs”. Without going into all the details, there are quite a few. You can research them if you want. But the point is, after months of research and critical thinking, my conclusion is… I believe Q IS real! However, I act like it isn’t. Here’s what I mean… Let’s say Q is real and Trump and the military are in the middle of a mission to defeat the Deep State and return power to the people in America. If that were true, just think about this one question…
“Would President Trump and Q want you to just sit back and do nothing to save this country?”Let’s play a game. Imagine you are in a room with Donald J. Trump. In your mind, ask him this question first… “Mr. President is there an active operation happening right now to defeat the Deep State?” Pay attention to the answer you get. Notice what sensation you become aware of an answer you get. Now here is the more important question. Ask Trump, “Do you want me to sit at home and do nothing to help save our country?” Even as I type it, the answer is very clear to me. I can’t imagine why President Trump or any Patriot would say things like, “stay home” “do nothing”. In my opinion, a Patriot who tells you not to do anything and just back and wait does not understand the definition of the word Patriot.We got into this mess by doing nothing. So, the solution is we restore Liberty in this country by doing it locally, county by county. We do it with We The People.I believe We The People ARE part of “The Plan”
To me, “Trust The Plan” doesn’t mean sit back and do nothing. It means “We ARE The Plan”! Yes, Trump might be doing some incredible things with the military to defeat the Deep State around the world behind the scenes. That may be true. But that does not mean it’s alright for us Patriots to just sit back and watch them fight. America needs our help! Officer and suspect killed during intense highway shootout In video captured in Las Cruces, New Mexico police were able to stop suspect Omar Felix Cueva from fleeing. Cueva fatally shot Officer Jarrott after being stopped on the highway. When he tried to flee, highway police were able to stop Cueva’s truck and shots were exchanged. Cueva was killed and another officer was shot in the arm, but has been treated and left the hospital.
Sunrise, FL – Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent Daniel Alfin and Special Agent Laura Schwartzenberger were fatally shot in the line of duty on Tuesday while attempting to execute a warrant on a child pornography suspect.
Special Agent Alfin led the investigation into the largest child pornography website on the dark web, called Playpen, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported.
He is credited with having broken a case that led to the rescue of hundreds of children.
The FBI said that about 900 people were arrested all over the world in connection with the Playpen investigation and children were rescued in the United States.
“Members of his enterprise who were raping children, who were producing child pornography all around the world — those cases continue to be indicted and prosecuted,” Agent Alfin in a 2017 press statement that announced Playpen’s founder had been sentenced to 30 years in prison, according to the South Florida Sun Sentinel.
Special Agent Alfin should be commended for his work in operation Pacifier. Yet the FBI allowed pedophiles to walk in order to protect their hacking system.
Law Enforcement works uncover and infiltrates criminal organizations for a host of crimes, none more nefarious than this one. The FBI should be commended for this operation, not attacked!

Depositions of Saudi Government Officials Begin Dear Clients, As we enter the twentieth year since the attacks, we have finally begun to obtain testimony from Saudi government officials and their activities in support of the 9/11 Plot. On January 13th, we deposed Abdelaziz al Anqari, a high-level bureaucrat in Saudi Arabia’s government-run air transportation entity, Saudi Civil Aviation. Anqari was part of the chain of command that oversaw Omar al-Bayoumi, an instrumental supporter to the California-based hijackers. On January 26th, we deposed Abdelrahman al Shahri, a Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs official. He was involved in the post-9/11 Saudi government investigation into the potential role the Saudi government entity the Ministry of Islamic Affairs played in facilitating the 9/11 attacks. On February 13th we will be deposing Ahmed al Qattan, who was the number 2 official in the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Washington, D.C. from 1990-2005. Over the next few months we will be deposing some of the key persons in the case including Omar al Bayoumi, Fahad al Thumairy, Musaed al Jarrah and the Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs, among others.
