
Mifflintown, PA – At least one Pennsylvania State Trooper was shot in the line of duty on Saturday outside of a state police barracks in Juniata County.
Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) said the incident occurred on June 17 in the area of Troop G near the state police’s Lewistown Barracks, the Patriot-News reported.
Authorities said the trooper encountered an armed man outside of Troop G, and then the suspect opened fire on the law enforcement officer.
