Seems the only cops the government cares about are the cops who worked the Jan 6th Protest……there is much more to this story. There is a reason a few officers killed themselves after a protest, what did they know ???? What caused so much stress and pressure that a few committed suicide???? This is unprecedented.

After devastating and horrific mass casualty incidents like 9/11 and OKC bombing we saw many first responder suicides in the following weeks. But this was a protest where the Capitol police escorted protesters into the building in many instances. It wreaks of an inside job and I suspect what these officers witnessed and knew was too much for many to handle.

Washington, DC – The death of a DC Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officer who committed suicide more than a week after responding to the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, will be treated as a line-of-duty incident, a benefits board determined on Wednesday.

MPD Officer Jeffrey Smith was among the hundreds of law enforcement officers who responded to the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6, the New York Post reported.

The 12-year MPD veteran took his own life on Jan. 15, 2021.

Officer Smith’s wife, Erin Smith, had been fighting for more than a year to have her husband’s suicide treated as a line-of-duty death, CNN reported.
