I haven’t seen anyone from the women’s US Soccer team go to any of the shootings victims homes or neighborhoods in Chicago, Baltimore, DC, Portland, Atlanta or NYC.
Have any of you??? They don’t care about the victims of these crimes. Innocent Children waking to the store or home are being Murdered in our streets and they haven’t called one press conference to denounce any of these violent incidents.

Philadelphia, PA – A Philadelphia Police Department (PPD) employee celebrating his 25th anniversary with the agency was surprised to see the cake a local bakery made to commemorate his achievement was emblazoned with words mocking his profession.
Tina Jones said she commissioned the cake from The Bakery House in honor of her friend’s milestone, WPVI reported.
Jones included a photo of a PPD badge with her order, which includes the verbiage “Honor, Integrity, Service.”
But when Jones brought the cake to her friend’s office so he could celebrate with his coworkers, the honoree realized that the badge on his cake read “Coffee, Corruption, Donuts” instead, WPVI reported.
“I wanted to cry because I’m like, ‘I can’t believe they did this,’” Jones told the news outlet. “That’s so humiliating to put on someone’s cake who is serving 25 years and in a not-so-easy job.”
The bakery’s owner, Sandy Stauffer, said the patch that ended up being printed on the cake was a horrible mistake and that the decorator had no idea the image she’d used contained the offensive words.
Stauffer explained the decorator was looking for a crisper image of the badge online because she wanted a clearer, less-blurry photo than the one Jones had provided with her order.
She quickly located what she said she believed was an identical badge, printed it out, and used it to decorate the cake, the bakery owner said.
“It was a mistake,” Stauffer wrote in a Facebook post on Monday. “One of my decorators did not see the fine print and placed a disrespectful image on the cake. She believed she was choosing a crisper/clearer image. In her haste, it was an image that had been manipulated. No one caught the mistake.”
Early yesterday morning, cops from the NYPD 67th Precinct were on a fixed post to address community concerns when they were suddenly assaulted with a glass bottle in an unprovoked attack.
The suspect, who has been arrested for assaulting officers twice in the past, was quickly caught.
The officer received lacerations to the neck and head which required stitches and staples, but thankfully will be OK. 24/7 your NYPD officers put themselves in harms way to protect this city, it’s residents and it’s visitors.

President Biden’s plan to combat violent crime is simply bizarre. But to be perfectly honest, so are all the rest of the national anti-crime plans that preceded it.
As Joe would put it, “Folks, we don’t have a clue as to what reduces crime but people are telling me that we lost Congressional seats during the last election due to increasing crime, and they are suggesting the same will happen in the midterms unless I put out a plan.”
“No one believes it will have a chance in hades to reduce violent crime but I have to do something to provide Congressional Democrats with cover.”
Hades (the brother of Zeus) is the land of the dead, or as others would refer to it, criminology.
The plain truth is that we don’t know why crime goes up or down. We don’t have concrete evidence or research as to what we should do now. There are tons of people with impressive credentials who will insist that their way is the path to enlightenment, but they are simply guessing.

The White House now feels it has to put out a crime plan, even though every reasonable person understands that the president’s actions have little if any effect on whether crime goes up or down. Here’s how The Post describes the situation:

Administration officials are eager to show that the president is attuned to the problem and taking concrete steps to reduce crime, people familiar with the plans said, the Washington Post.
Even the ultra-liberal Marshal Project proclaims, “The White House’s new crime plan demands a fact-based debate over details.”
What Not To Do
But I have suggestions as to what not to do. Stop demonizing all cops. Stop giving criminals cover.
Chicago, IL – Chicago gang members now outnumber cops at least nine to one as crime rates continue to skyrocket throughout the city.
That ratio could be even more dire due to the fact that a staggering number of Chicago police officers are resigning or retiring, depleting the agency’s 13,000-member force even further, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
Chicago Alderman Ray Lopez revealed on Sunday that the Chicago Police Department (CPD) is currently on track to witness “one of the highest retirement numbers in the city’s history” by the end of the year.
According to the Chicago Police Pension Board, 363 officers left CPD between Jan. 1 and June 30, easily surpassing the 339 officers who left the force in all of 2018, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
Another 56 officers are slated to wrap up their CPD careers this month alone.
CPD had 475 retirements in 2019 and 560 in 2020, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
Conversely, Chicago’s 55 known gangs boast membership of approximately 117,000, Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown said last year, according to the New York Post.
